TVS Apache RR 310 Customised To Look Like BMW S1000RR

TVS Apache RR 310 is one of the best looking bikes in its segment. Even though the design is all new, we could see some similarity to Ducati Panigale series and some people have mistaken it on public roads as a super bike because of the size and design of course.

But some simple modifications on Apache RR 310 could make it look like BMW S1000RR was not in anyone mind except for Sooraj who is the owner of this modified Apache RR 310 which look like the flagship BMW product. The best part about this modification is that changes he has done on the Apache is simple and doesn’t affect the overall design.

The changes start with blackened visor and headlamps along with new fairing which looks similar to the stock S1000RR. He has also given BMW and RR decals on the side along with white colour for the visor, fenders and fuel tank while black colour is given for the top of fairing and also to the lower part of fuel tank.

The red colour of stock Apache continues on the middle part of fairing and rest of the body. To complete the modification, the stock key get a BMW S1000R cover and it does look like a BMW key. Apart from aesthetics, Apache RR 310 remains stock. The root of Apache RR 310 is coming from BMW which might be the reason that this modification doesn’t look out of place.

TVS Apache RR 310 is the first bike to be launched under BMW-TVS partnership and it is powered by 312 cc single cylinder fuel injected engine producing 33 hp of power at 9,700 rpm and 27.30 Nm of torque at 7,700 rpm. This engine is mated to 6 speed gearbox. 0-60 kph in 2.9 sec and top speed is 160 kph. The braking duties are done by 300 mm disc at front and 240 mm disc at rear along with dual channel ABS.

The Apache RR 310 rides on 150/60 section R17 at rear and 110/70 R17 at front with Michelins rubbers. TVS Apache RR 310 is priced at Rs. 2.05 Lakh (Ex-Showroom, Mumbai) and competes against KTM RC 390.
