Amitabh Bachchan

The Shahanshah of Bollywood turns 76 today and is still one of the most dependable names in Bollywood today. The actor was gifted a Rolls Royce Phantom VII by Director Vidhu Vinod Chopra for his work in the movie Eklavya and can be seen being driven around Bollywood in the iconic British car.

Akshay Kumar

Another Bollywood actor to own a Rolls-Royce Phantom is Akshay Kumar. He’s been spotted numerous times in the backseat of his opulent British ride. Like Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar’s Phantom is a seventh gen car and is powered by a 460 Bhp 6.75-litre twin-turbo V12 engine.

Hrithik Roshan

Actor Hrithik Roshan is another Bollywood superstar who owns a Rolls-Royce luxury car. However, unlike Mr Bachchan Sr, Hrithik’s ride of choice is the Ghost, the smaller luxury sedan in the Rolls-Royce lineup. Hrithik bought himself the Ghost for his 42nd birthday and he paid around Rs 7 crores for his Ghost, suggesting that a whole lot of customization options had been added to the car, which retails for around half that price.

Priyanka Chopra

Bollywood superstar Priyanka Chopra is perhaps the first Indian actress to have successfully made a name for herself in Hollywood and American TV Shows and is currently engaged to Nick Jonas. Her ride of choice when in India is the Rolls Royce Ghost and she has been spotted numerous times arriving at award shows and events in the glamorous British car that starts at around Rs 4.5 crore. The Ghost is powered by a 6.6-litre twin-turbo V12 engine from BMW with 562 Bhp and 780 Nm of torque on tap.

Chiranjeevi

Politician and Telugu movie superstar Chiranjeevi is another celeb who has been bitten by the Rolls-Royce bug. Chiranjeevi’s Rolls of choice is the 7th Generation Phantom offers a whole range of customization options and perhaps the best ride quality on the planet.

Sanjay Dutt

In 2010, Sanjay Dutt walked out of Rolls-Royce showroom with a brand new Ghost. However, the luxury limo was not for Munnabhai himself but was instead a gift for his wife Manyata Dutt. The couple has been spotted a number of times enjoying the ultra-comfortable ride of the Ghost on nights out in tinsel town.

Anant Ambani


Anant Ambani is the youngest son of India’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani. Anant, who has quite a few luxury cars in his collection owns the bewitching Rolls-Royce Phantom Drop Head Coupe, which was the convertible version of the Phantom VII and cost around Rs 8.8 crore when new. The Phantom Drop Head Coupe’s massive twin-turbo 6.75-litre V12 engine cranks out 46bhp and 720 Nm of torque.

Yohan Poonawalla

Yohan Poonawalla is a billionaire businessman who owns quite a collection of exotic cars. His cars often bear the YZP name on their registration plates. Mr Poonawalla, who is a stud farm owner, owns quite a few Rolls Royce cars both vintage and modern including the classic Rolls Royce Silver Ghost and the seventh-gen Phantom.

Adi Godrej

Adi Godrej is a billionaire businessman who heads the Godrej Group. Mr Godrej is usually seen being driven to work in his the seventh-gen Rolls-Royce Phantom, which is his car of choice. His backup car is an Audi A8L.

Shiv Nadar

Shiv Nadar, the founder of Indian tech giant HCL is another billionaire businessman from India who prefers the comforts of the Rolls-Royce Phantom. Mr Nadar also owns a classic Mercedes-Benz 300 SEL among other cars.

Vijay

Tamil actor Vijay, known to his fans as Ilaya Thalapathi is another movie star who owns a Rolls-Royce Ghost. His fleet of cars include multiple luxury BMWs among many others.
