Mahindra and Mahindra is one of the oldest car manufacturers in India and has launched a slew of automobiles in the market. The Mahindra and Mahindra brand currently offers a range of models in the market but the models have been built over the years and the manufacturer launched many models that did not do good in the market. Well, if you think that you remember all the cars launched by Mahindra in the Indian market ever, here are eleven such Mahindra cars that you may not remember.

Mahindra Legend

Mahindra Legend can be hailed as the spiritual predecessor of the Thar. The Legend was launched on the Mahindra MM540/550 platform and offered the two-door SUV styling. The Legend became quite popular among the enthusiasts but failed to attract the mass-market buyers. The SUV came powered by a 2.5-litre diesel engine

Mahindra Grand Armada

While the Armada became extremely popular in the Indian market, the Grand Armada did not get much of traction. The vehicle was a more premium version of the Armada and it came with a classier grille and differently-shaped round headlamps. It looked different from the regular version of the car and came with a 4X4 variant too. The car offered a comfortable cabin too.

Mahindra Voyager

The MUV segment in the 90s was still very young. Mahindra sold the Voyager in the late 90s. The MUV was a rebadged version of the Mitsubishi LS300 and carried a very expensive price in those days. However, the market was not yet ready for such a vehicle, which is why the Voyager never became very popular. It came with a Peugeot 2.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine.

Mahindra Commander

The Mahindra Commander was first launched in 1991 and since then many different variants of the vehicle were launched in the market. It came with a soft top and with multiple seating options. Mahindra also launched an LWB variant of the Commander and it specifically became popular in the semi-urban markets for its extremely rugged body. The vehicle was available in 650 DI and 750 DP versions and both 2WD and 4WD options were available with the car.

Mahindra Bolero Invader

The Mahindra Bolero Invader was a derivative of the popular Bolero MUV. It was a 3-door version and offered a partial soft roof lining with side-facing rear seats. The Bolero Invader was aimed at young customers. It came powered by a 2.5-litre diesel engine that generates a maximum power of 63 Bhp and peak torque of 117 Nm. However, the car was discontinued due to its low demand in the market.

Mahindra AXE

Mahindra and Mahindra also supply to the defence forces around the world. Earlier, the brand launched a brand-new vehicle called the AXE, which was dubbed as the Indian Hummer. The AXE was based on an Israeli vehicle and looks extremely intimidating. It came powered by a 2.7-litre diesel engine that produces a maximum power of 173 Bhp and peak torque of 346 Nm. There was also a 4.-litre petrol engine on offer.

Mahindra Boats

It still offers quite a few numbers of boats of various sizes and functions in the Indian market. Mahindra even supplies boats to the defence forces around the world.
