Convert Your Mahindra Bolero to Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen for Rs 7.35 Lakh

If you follow our modification/Customization stories, you might have come across a brilliant customization work of converting a Force Gurkha into Mercedes G-Wagen. Following the similar lines, Coimbatore based Jeep Studio has launched a conversion package to convert your Mahindra Bolero to Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen, and that too for just Rs 7.35 Lakh (not including interiors).

The customizer also replicated a Mahindra Thar to Jeep Wrangler for Rs 6.75 Lakhs. Jeep Studio took four months to complete the replica kit that turns a Bolero into G-Wagen and was commissioned by an individual customer.

Jeep Studio is also offering customized interiors, at an added cost of Rs 50000. While none of the details pertaining to the mod-job is available, going by the previous work, we are sure Jeep Studio must have followed the same pattern. Which means, no fibre parts were used in designing the car and only metal panels are used.

The car must have been stripped to its chassis to fit the new Mercedes Wagen panels. A stock Bolero was used for the mod-job and the price of the modification doesn’t include the base car. So basically, if you want to get the car modified, you have to pay Rs 7.35 Lakh over and above the cost of the base Bolero.

Some of the modification includes full bodywork with white paint, all-new toughened glass for the car, front and rear bumpers redone and a new set of wheels and tyres. Currently, the Mahindra Bolero can be bought brand new for Rs 6.75 Lakhs (ex-showroom, base model).
