Arun, who was taken aback by this unusual act of the conductor, refused to comply and questioned the conductor as to why he cannot get himself go to the wine shop and buy the same. The conductor told Arun that as he was on duty wearing uniform, it will create an issue if someone noticed him buying liquor. Arun still refused to bring the alcohol. On this act of Arun, the conductor got irked and verbally abused him and went to a person who was sitting in the front seat and requested him the same. When the other person also refused to procure the liquor, the conductor got irate and vented his anger on the photographer Arun.

When Arun told the conductor that he will complain to the higher authorities of KSRTC about his unruly behaviour, he did not budge.

There were around five passengers in the bus, but none supported Arun. The conductor was continuously abusing Arun till the bus reached Gokarna. Surprisingly, the driver of the bus was driving the bus and was not involved in the matter at all!

As Arun had an important function to attend at Gokarna, he could not register a case on the same day. However, he took the photo of the bus and shared the incident with other on social sites. Arun said that he will file a formal complaint against the conductor once he reaches back to his native place Kota after completing his work at Gokarna.
