More than a hundred bus services in Kollam district were affected due to the strike called by workshop employees of Kollam KSRTC bus station on Wednesday. The employees are observing the strike in protest against the Executive Director’s order that all buses in the Kollam stand should be inspected.

Facilities are not availabe at the Kollam stand to examine all the buses at the same time. The demand of the employees is that urgent measures should be taken to develop basic facilities.
