Traffic restrictions will be in place across the city till 8 pm on Tuesday in connection with the Attukal Pongala festival on Tuesday. Heavy vehicles, timber lorries, container lorries, and goods vehicles will not be allowed entry into the city or be allowed to park anywhere on the roadsides inside the city. Special chain services of KSRTC will be arranged from major locations in the city for the hassle free commuting of devotees.
