Video of two youth from Kolhapur falling to death goes viral
A video of two youth falling to their death while attempting to jump into the Kavala Seth waterfalls at Amboli Ghat in Sindhudurg district near Belagavi has gone viral.
The two youth from Gadhinglaj in Kolhapur district of Maharashtra, Imran Garadi (25) and Prasad Rathod (21), jumped into the waterfalls, holding their hands together.
The victims and their friends who shot the video were all drunk, a police officer from the Amboli Outpost said.
The police suspected that the friends dared them to jump, and caused the accident.
A team of Maharashtra police and Fire and Emergency Services personnel was trying to retrieve the bodies.

The waterfalls is in the Amboli mountains, around 75 km from Belagavi.
The ghat and the waterfalls attract a lot of tourists from Belagavi and surrounding areas.
