Daily sightseeing tours in five modes of transport at an affordable rate is what Kerala State Cooperative Tourism Federation Ltd. (Tourfed) has on offer.
The city-based State government cooperative institution has launched the novel tour from the capital city to Kochi.

From the Nedumbaserry airport, the tourists will be taken for a trip on the newly commissioned Kochi Metro and then by road to Fort Kochi and Mattancherry.
They will also have time to see the other tourist attractions in Kochi. A cruise in the Arabian sea and backwaters are part of the package.
After the day-long visit, the tourists can return to the State capital at 9 p.m. on Jan Shatabdi Express.
Breakfast and lunch have been included in the tour package, priced at 4,000 per person.
The Tourfed has also come up with affordable day-tour packages to Wagamon, Kuttikanam, Gavi, Parunthumpara, elephant rehabilitation centre at Kappukad, Museum, Planetarium, Kovalam, Veli tourist village, Sanghumughom, Thekkady, Munnar, Wayanad, Athirappilly, Sholayar dam, Malakkapara, Vazhachal, Kuttanad, and tailor-made houseboat packages for night and day.
