School Van catches fire, close shave for kids
A major tragedy was averted after a school van -carrying around 10 children -caught fire. The driver and others showing great presence of mind, safely evacuated all the students from the van.
The incident occurred while the van filling the fuel from a petrol pump, near Alwar, Rajasthan. A few local residents managed to pacify the frightened children, who were between the ages 5 and 10.
They also helped the driver alert their parents, who rushed to the spot. According to a witness, the parents were relieved on seeing their children safe.
