Featuring a six-car display space, Porsche Centre Kochi is the first facility in the subcontinent to feature a digitalised showroom concept. Incorporated into the building’s design, the new infrastructure includes a range of features geared towards facilitating a special purchase experience. This includes large screens that display car configurations generated onsite providing immediate visualisations that help customers make an informed decision.

Digital signage interfaces located around the facility combine content originating from the brand’s headquarters in Stuttgart with locally controlled feeds. Visitors are presented with information on the brand, its models, technology, heritage and motorsport activities in video, social media posts and text format.

Speaking at the inauguration, Pavan Shetty, director, Porsche India, said: “We are thrilled to open the latest Porsche Centre here in Kochi with our new partners EVM Premium Cars India. This state-of-the-art showroom reflects our overarching commitment to providing customers with a unique purchase and ownership experience. Here they will have access to several information touch points that enable them to learn about, visualise and plan their first or next Porsche. I truly believe that anyone who visits this new showroom will instantly be immersed in the world of exclusive sports cars made in Stuttgart- Zuffenhausen.”

Attending the opening event, Steffen Fleck, Network Development Director, Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE, added: “I would like to congratulate the Porsche India team for delivering an exceptional purchase environment to customers in and around Kochi. This new facility represents a significant investment into ensuring that the brand continues to exceed expectations, whilst delivering a progressive digital experience, which highlights Porsche’s continued drive towards innovation.”

The new showroom also features India’s first Carerra Café, providing refreshments to visitors, alongside a Porsche Driver’s Selection boutique, where a range of signature Porsche clothing and apparel can be purchased.
