Police officer chases a scooter thief – Video !!
A police officer chases a scooter thief through Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. The suspect had just gotten out of court for prior burglary offenses and decided to steal a scooter to get home. Police captain Lijun Ting Yong apprehended the suspect after he crashed into a motorist.
