Malayala manorama reporters were on the way to cover Kochi metro footages. Suddenly they saw a shocking scene on the road. A family contains 4 people travelling on a scooter without helmet. Also the main thing is the scooter was controlling by a minor boy. Parents were enjoying their kid’s extra ordinary skill. Why these people not aware about road safety?
