A bus belonging to Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation was confiscated by Kerala Government for non-payment of compensation in an accident case.
The accident involving a two wheeler and one dead at Killippalam, Trivandrum took place in 2006.
One person was killed and the other got injured in the accident.
Since the compensation of Rs. 14 Lakhs ordered to be paid to the family of victim during 2015 was not settled by the TNSTC.
Then Judge ordered confiscation of the TNSTC bus for non-payment of compensation.
