I, Mr. Vaisakh ML, originally from Thrissur, but am put up in Koramangala Bangalore . I am writing on Behalf of the https://www.aanavandi.com/blog, as we have noticed several inconveniences from the services that you’ll have provided, making it difficult to book tickets or board a KSRTC bus. We travel frequently between Bangalore & Kerala and utilise your KSRTC (Kerala) services. We have several Keralite friends and relatives located in South Bangalore (Koramangala, Madivala & adjoining) areas. Besides, there are Lakhs of Keralties actually located in Sougth Bangalore.

Kindly note the problems as follows:-

1. Firstly, it is very difficult for the people to book a ticket if i have to travel to Kerala. There is no booking counter in or around Koramangala, Madivala or any another point in South Bangalore. I know that there is one Center at Majestic & Satellite Town Bus stands, but that is very diffcult to access as I have to travle more than 15 kilometers. And there is no direct bus available. Kindly have booking points at Madivala or Shanthinagar, which would be very helpful to the South Bangalore Kerala Population where majority of the malayalees living.

2. Secondly, it is very difficult to book a ticket online on your website, as the features present there are not user-friendly. I cannot select a service with a particular date and often click next 21 days to select my particular date of travel. The other bus booking sites are more user-friendly, allowing the flexibility of choosing any date. Often due to this restriction on your website people need to go to another bus service to do the booking.

3. Thirdly, there is a need for boarding point at Shantinagar bus stand. All the KSRTC Services (Express, Deluxe & Volvo) begin at Satellite Bus stand (Mysore Rd). There is no local bus service from Koramangala or Madivala (South Bangalore) to Satellite Bus stand. If there is a boarding point at Shantinagar, it would provide a lot of benefits to South Bangalore Kerala Population.

4. Fourthly, it would also be beneficial if the Mysore-route buses begin or end at Shantinagar, as the South Bangalore Kerala populations are having immense problems.

5. Fifthly, the new Volvo bus services do not provide blankets, unlike the old Volvo services which have this facility. This makes it very comfortable for the passengers.

6. Sixthly, there are several Kerala people who want to board the KSRTC buses from Hosur. Kindly provide one in the Reservation Portal.

7. Seventhly presently you are sending only one driver in the Volvos that makes the driver to drive long trips without enough rest. This looks like a serious issue on passenger safety. Kindly requesting you to send two drivers to ensure the safety of passengers as well as the drivers

8. Eighthly kindly select and send passenger friendly crews for long services like Bangalore and it will be great if you can create a separate team for super class buses with experienced drivers & conductors. if you cannot giving good service people will/can opt for other services.

I kindly request you to look into these matters and resolve them.
