Yesterday I have traveled from Bangalore 2 Thrissur by TVM Volvo. The bus took Electronic City Flyover and they called me to wait neat Toll booth as my boarding point was ecity. Bus reached around 6:15 PM and conductor welcomed me with a warm smile.

He gave blanket to all the passengers. There were only 14 passengers. After dinner they played movie as well. I was very happy about the behavior of the crew.

After 10 PM Conductor went back and i heard some arguments. Came to know that one passenger had vomited inside the bus and he has kept all the waste inside the blanket itself. He was trying to cover up it. Bus stopped for some time and he made the guy to clean it. Also the blanket was thrown away as it became too dirty. And he charged Rs.310/- from the passenger for that.

We cannot blame the crew if the passengers are behaving like this. It was a difficult situation and the crew handled it very proactively without causing much problem to other passengers. And the bus reached Thrissur at 3 AM. They took the Shroranur route. Hope the people’s mentality also change towards KSRTC.
