1. Divide the corporation into 3
a) To control all premium routs. All FPs and routes more than 100 kms. All routes and Timings should be decided by a single authority not by the depots. This will help to arrange buses in right time.
B) All other ordinary buses. The current depots will come under this. Its service oriented but can insist a better specific bench mark for each schedule.
C) The other services. Like maintenance team, body building etc.
2) Create a better ticket booking site. If KSRTC or Keltron cannot do, outsource it, and create a redbus like one by which one can book tickets to/from any towns. Now only very few Major cities are in list
3) Start more interstate buses after above mentioned well designed website.
4) Impiment driver cum conductor post in interstate point to point buses.
5) Start non stop night services connecting major cities. Tvm to ktym, eklm. Eklm to tvm kkd. It needs only a driver employee.
6) If possible calculate the cost and revenue on the depot basis. It will help to identify which depot performance is better and worse. Can easily identify the performance if each depot officisls . it improves the healthy competition between depots to increase revenue.
