Jeep, an iconic American SUV brand has extended its Wrangler 4×4 range by adding another limited edition variant to its line-up named as Wrangler Night Eagle.
Initially revealed at 2017 Geneva Motor Show, the Jeep Wrangler Night Eagle is offered with attractive colour options as well as exclusive decals that proffer the SUV with a unique style, premium equipment and Jeep’s off-road capability.
To be limited to just 66 units, this special edition is all set to make its debut in the UK this week. This limited edition Wrangler SUV will be offered in three new colours which include Purple, Bright White and Black and can be ordered in 8 colour options.
Moreover, the interested buyers can also choose the SUV with body coloured hard top or black coloured soft top as per their choice.
The SUV also flaunts body-coloured grille, 18-inch mid-gloss black alloys, gloss-black accents, body-coloured spare tyre cover, headlamp rings, Jeep badging, deep tint sunscreen glass and hard spare tyre cover and other styling elements that enhance the overall appeal of the limited edition Wrangler Night Eagle.
Expected to be priced at £39,810 OTR for the UK market, these limited edition models probably will not make to the Indian market.
On the inside, this limited edition Wrangler SUV will be equipped with black leather seats, diesel grey contrast stitching, all-weather mats, piano black inserts for AC vents and door grab handles as well. The Wrangler Night Eagle will also sport 9-speaker Alpine Premium audio system with a sub-woofer, navigation system, a 6.5-inch touchscreen, Aux-in and multiple USB ports that will enhance the convenience quotient of the SUV.
Under the skin, the new Wrangler Night Eagle will be powered by Jeep’s popular 2.8-litre turbo charged diesel engine which is capable of producing maximum power of 197bhp and will be mated to a 5-speed automatic gearbox.
The company also claims that the new limited edition Wrangler Night Eagle is capable of sprinting to 100kmph in just 10.7 seconds prior hitting the top speed of 172 kmph.
