Permission to collect tax, which began on February 9, 2012, was given for a period of 16 years, and in the remaining 7 years, the construction company can easily recover the cost incurred to build the road. But it will take many more years before the interest on the investment made by the company breaks even with its share of profit. The concession period ends on June 21, 2028.
