Special Training for KSRTC conductors

A programme to impart training to 2,000 conductors of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) to improve their communication skills and interact in a better way with commuters, among other things, began on Monday.

The training is being organised by Mahindra Pride School of the Mahindra and Mahindra Group as part of the CSR initiative in association with Naandi Foundation, an NGO.

The conductors are attached to various depots in the capital district.

Focus areas

Attitude at the workplace, professionalism on the job, team building, creating a positive environment and improving the communication skills are covered during the training.

The one-day training session is for groups of 100 conductors each.

It is being held at the Staff Training Centre of the KSRTC at Fort and at the Central Works, Pappanamcode.

The training will end on October 23, according to KSRTC.
