Kerala Transport Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnantoday said the government has decided to hike the incentives of KSRTC Employees (Drivar & Conductor). Earlier KSRTC was introduced incentives to the employees to motivate them to increase the collection. This is the first time that the KSRTC is increasing the incentive scales, which is expected to increase the revenue thus helping to protect the crew members. New Incentive Scale are given below :-
