Stay away from Kallada Travels.
I had a really bad experience travelling to Pondicherry from Calicut in Kallada Travels Volvo A/c bus. Till Salem everything was fine. We were asked to change Bus near Salem.
From KL registered bus to an AR registered one. Then at Villupuram driver says that the AR registered bus hasn’t got the permit to enter Pondicherry and only the KL registered bus has got the permit to enter Pondicherry.
Then why did they change the bus? No answer. We were waiting for the Mini bus for almost 45 mins and no signs of bus.
Then suddenly a non a/c private bus which does Pondy- Villupuram schedule pulls along side and we were asked to board that bus. We rejected that bus straight away.
You can see that bus also in the pics. My patience ran out and so I went to the TNSTC bus stand and took a bus to Pondy.
Guys please stay away from Kallada Travels.
