MG (Morris Garages) Motor has made its entry into India with the launch of Hector. The carmaker has certainly shocked everyone by keeping the introductory price of the premium SUV at Rs 12.18 (ex-showroom, India). At this price, MG Hector is definitely going to give its competitors like Mahindra XUV500, Tata Harrier, Jeep Compass and Hyundai Creta, a good run for their money.

We already knew that MG Hector is a feature-loaded premium SUV. However, the fact that it has been priced very competitively in the range of Rs 12.18 lakh (ex-showroom, India) and Rs 16.88 lakh (ex-showroom, India) is a game changer altogether.
