Following an urgent request from the Karnataka government, the Railway Board has announced another special train from the Bengaluru city to Kerala on Tuesday evening to cater to the passenger rush during the festival of Onam.

The second special train will depart from Yesvantpur to Kannur at 6.50 pm. This one-way special express (Train no. 06527) will pass via Dharmapuri, Salem, Coimbatore and Tirur.

A separate one-way special train from Cannanore to Hubli (Train no.  06528) will depart on Wednesday from Cannanore at 11 am and pass via Tirur, Coimbatore, Dharmapuri, Yesvantpur, Arsikere, Davangere and Haveri before reaching Hubli.
